We would like to start out by saying Thank You for trusting us to serve you in this years tax season... To minimize the possiblity of any misunderstanding between us, we are detailing out pertinent information about the services that we will be providing to you. PLEASE NOTE that this section must be signed before we perform any work on your tax return. Be sure to also keep a copy of this section for your records.

We will prepare your federal and state income tax returns from the information that you provide to us. While we will not audit what the documents that you submit, we may verify any information that you provide, or ask you to clarify any questions that we may have. It is your responsibility to maintain your supporting documents for your records. If you have any questions in regards to your records, feel free to ask us for help in regards to this matter.
To protect sensitive data, client copies of tax returns will be delivered in person or via email.
Make sure that you have all of your supporting documents available and ready. We will not be preparing your return without supporting documents.
